Paddling: stay healthy, get fit

The days get longer and warmer and in the morning you leave the house to the lively twittering of birds - when spring is in full bloom, it drives many sun-seekers out of the house. The winter bacon is still sitting on the hips, the motivation for physical activity is growing. But who wants to spend his free time in the gym in the nice weather? If you like sports and want to enjoy nature, you should try it out in paddling.

Various types of canoes

Paddling or canoeing can also be combined with cycling and hiking, thereby exploring and enjoying nature in a variety of ways. Unlike the rowboat, the canoe sits in the direction of travel while paddling and only has one paddle that is not attached to the boat. Paddling is suitable for young and old and can be learned at almost any age (children should not be younger than eight years to sit alone in a canoe).
