Do not apply marinade too soon

Vegetables with long cooking times (carrots, kohlrabi or beetroot) must be cut into very thin slices or pre-cooked. Corn on the cob, mushrooms or fennel are suitable for grilling and, like potatoes cooked in foil, a vitamin-rich delicacy.
Grill vegetables properly
Alufoil plays an important role in vegetable grilling. The food is cooked very gently in the foil and does not dry out. The most common question that vegetable lovers face on the grid is probably the one on the right side of the slide. The glossy side of the aluminum foil belongs to the inside, because it reflects the heat much better on the food to be grilled than the dull side. The matte side can absorb heat better and therefore belongs to the outside. For potatoes, courgettes or onions, it is recommended to coat the glossy foil side with some oil before wrapping the vegetables in it.
Barbecue with fruit
Who is not a vegetable fan and is more on sweet vitamins, can do something good with a grilled fruit skewer for dessert. Simply cut fruits like apples, pears, bananas, peaches or apricots into pieces, marinate with fruit juice and spices and stick them on skewers. Whole bananas are laid unpeeled on the grid.
