The fat content in sweets is somewhat problematic because it usually occurs in conjunction with refined, white sugar. This mixture is particularly energetic, which promotes the incorporation of fat into adipose tissue. Chocolate, marzipan and nougat contain a lot of sugar and fat. Although these products are not fundamentally unhealthy (they contain predominantly vegetable fats), one should especially be aware of the consequences of excessive consumption here.
Ice often contains comparatively little fat
Ice cream, which is available in shops, often contains only moderately fat, because for the production mostly not cream, but milk powder and similar products are used.
