  1. Put flour with pizza spice and salt in a bowl. Mix with buttermilk, eggs, and rapeseed oil to a smooth dough.
  2. Brush waffle iron with a little rapeseed oil and heat. Add a ladle of batter (or 3-4 tablespoons) and bake the waffle crispy brown. Bake three more waffles until the dough is used up.
  3. Stir tomato ketchup with tomato paste. Clean mushrooms, clean and slice. Heat rape oil in a pan. Fry the mushrooms in it for a short time. Place waffles on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with tomato sauce. Cover with mushrooms, Mettwurst slices and Edam. Melt the cheese under the preheated grill.
