Exercise 1
Get out of the car and take a few deep breaths. Then stretch your arms vertically up into the sky and stretch vertebrae for vertebrae of your spine until it is fully stretched. After a few seconds let the arms sink down again and relax.
exercise 2
Gentle stretching makes the muscles supple and improves your mobility. In this exercise, lift your right arm over your head, stretching your right side. Then stretch the other side.
Exercise 3
In the following exercise, the basic position is very relaxed. The legs are straddled, the left hand is at the hip. Then shift the body weight over the right foot and push the arm far forward from the right shoulder. Hold for a few seconds, then switch sides.
Exercise 4
The last exercise is meant to be a relaxing ending. Stand upright, your feet parallel, your back straight, your neck spine stretched. Place your palms in front of your chest and breathe in and out five times.
