At times I wonder why we even need to find reasons to exercise. Exercise, as we all know from school science, is an essential requirement of our physical and mental well-being.

Physical activity is absolutely necessary for the maintenance of a good health. A certain amount of daily exercise is essential for keeping ourselves fit and fine.
