7 tips for a healthy weight loss

Today more than ever there is so much information there, the weight loss has become very confusing and sometimes difficult to follow. It is actually very easy to lose weight if you are my 7 principles.

1st — Before you start, diet program you need to be in the right frame of mind. If you do not feel good about yourself you probably do not want to choose healthy foods. We can not expect that the action on a diet, so you feel better too. The only way you can choose to eat a healthy diet to lose weight is if you have a positive self-image.
