5 fat burning secrets that nobody wants to tell you about

Normally I am not that special in my article, but I will give you the exact details of 5 very efficient methods to maximize your metabolism and increase your fat burning. Have only 1 or 2 of these tips into your daily routine, and you will notice small changes. Try all 5, and you can literally see the fat melt and a slim body will begin to appear.

1: 10-15 minutes of light exercise every morning before breakfast. You may have heard that you should not exercise on an empty stomach before breakfast. This is also for longer exercise sessions, a brief bout movement, which encourages your metabolism and makes sure that you start the day off right. Here is a sample routine, 1-2x:

25 knee or regular pushups + 25 Jumping Jacks

25 crunches + 25 Jumping Jacks

25 squats body weight + 25 Jumping Jacks

25 toe raises + 25 Jumping Jacks

2: Park at least ½ football field in front of the door of anywhere – grocery store, shopping center, health club, church, video rental – anywhere! If you have a hard time measuring the distance of a football field, it will take about 50 steps long. For most people, that will be nearly 50 meters.

3: Eat one of the following each day (I call them the ABS Group): 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 salad. Whole, raw, and with as little dressing, peanut butter, croutons, cheese and other art objects additives as possible.

4: Perform 20 body weight squats every time the toilet. Do not laugh – I have told you I would be specific! Make sure your weight on your heels, knees behind the toes, and your back straight. And to the thigh parallel to the ground.

5: Do not eat any food that contains sugar, the High Fructose syrup (HFCS). I dare you. Since HFCS is very soluble, mixed with many foods, it is cheap to make and easy to store, it is in everything from bread dressing to processed meats beer for the health soda bars. Since HFCS doesnt activate the hormones in the body that regulate appetite and weight, fat burning and metabolism are suppressed after the consumption – once more that other sweeteners!

OK, now you have, that the 5 secrets, let’s review it again : 10-15 minutes of light to moderate exercise, followed by a healthy, complex breakfast; park far away anywhere; eat ABS; squat if you squat; no HFCS . Got it? Good! Our bodies are not meant to sit still , so eat smart, live, smart, and train smart!
