Natural way to cure anxiety
Fear is man’s natural reaction to stress with the spirit and body. It is a feeling of fear, nervousness, anxiety or fear. The mild drugs such as sedatives, antidepressants and other anti-anxiety drugs are recommended for the treatment of anxiety disorder. However, these drugs should only be used with medical advice. * You can change your stress with certain exercises. It is one of the most effective and safest way to manage stress. Cardiovascular exercise in combination with calming exercise as often walk can be beneficial for the treatment of anxiety.
* Aromatherapy is a natural other effective treatment option. You can use the essential oils to massage oil, bath or infusers. Some of the essential oils to treat nervous tension and fear are cypress, bergamot, geranium, lavender, jasmine, rose, ylang-ylang, Melissa, neroli and sandalwood. Lavender is most commonly used as the basis for many relaxing blends.
* Massage therapy and other forms of physical training can help, stress, muscle tension to relax and improve sleep.
* You can accept some stress reduction techniques, such as mind / body breathing exercises, massage, exercise, self-hypnosis, tai chi, yoga, meditation and biofeedback.
